You could run full system scan using following website:
http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm
See if it will detect as Virus or NOT?
And also you could submit that file to:
https://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Submission/Submit.aspx
And see if it is Virus or NOT.
If you think it is infection contact Microsoft support:
